How to report a tag bird?
Tagged bird can be reported in two ways:
1) Download the Fill-in form of ‘Bird Band Sighting form’ by clicking on the tab below. Fill the form with a photograph of tagged bird and email us at bands@bnhs.org
Download form2) Download the mobile application (android based) by clicking on tab named ‘Bird Band Application’. Follow the steps to register yourself and report the tagged bird.

Once the full information of tagged bird is received the information about the tagged bird will be sent in the following format:
- Name of the species:
- Tag number:
- Date of ringing:
- Location of ringing:
- Remarks (If any by ringer):
