Bird walk at Shilonda Trail, Sanjay Gandhi National Park
Join BNHS for a morning walk at Sanjay Gandhi National Park (SGNP) to see myriad small life forms. One can also see species like Spotted Deer, Sambar, White-browed Bulbul, Purple-rumped Sunbird, Loten's Sunbird, Indian Paradise Flycatcher, and Black-rumped Flameback. The walk leads through a fine forest dominated by bamboo and ends at the second stream.
Grade: Easy (easy walk of 1.3 km each way)
Charges: Rs. 1,200/- for members and Rs. 1,500/- for others (Cost includes forest department charges and BNHS expertise).
